Brand Development: Created the brand identity, including logo design and all supporting content.
Website Design & Functionality: Designed and built the website architecture, focusing on user experience and technical functionality.
Product Data Management: Constructed and entered complex/custom SKU data, ensuring accuracy and performance.
System Integration: Managed QuickBooks setup and synchronization with sales operations.
Sales & Customer Support: Acted as the company’s customer representative—handling sales calls, preparing quotes, and coordinating shipments.
Social Media: Created and managed content across Instagram and Facebook, including video production, posting, and engagement.
